Den menneskelige krop kan ikke producere A-vitamin naturligt, og derfor er det vigtigt for folks sundhed, at f\u00e5 dette vitamin gennem deres kost eller gennem vitaminpillen. If\u00f8lge en unders\u00f8gelse offentliggjort i 2000-udgaven af \u200b\u200bNutrition, s\u00e5 er A-vitamin p\u00e5 trods af sin vigtighed blandt de mest almindelige ern\u00e6ringsm\u00e6ssige mangler i kroppen, hvis man kigger generelt over verdenen. A-vitamin er et essentielt n\u00e6ringsstof, der spiller en stor rolle i mange kropslige processer. Det er, derfor vigtigt, at man begynder at t\u00e6nke madvarer ind med et h\u00f8jt niveau af A-vitamin ind i sin ern\u00e6ring. A-vitamin har nemlig en positiv effekt p\u00e5 immunforvaret og dets funktion, reproduktion, det hj\u00e6lper dine \u00f8jne og dit syn, hjertets funktion, lungerne, nyrerne og andre organer, huden samt v\u00e6kst og udvikling. A-vitamins virkning p\u00e5 kroppen m\u00e5 ikke undervurderes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e5der at d\u00e6kke dit behov for A-vitamin p\u00e5<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvordan f\u00e5r man s\u00e5 sin daglige dosis af A-vitamin? Mange v\u00e6lger den lette l\u00f8sning og indtager vitaminpillen for at f\u00e5 d\u00e6kket deres daglige behov af vitaminer og mineraler, men dette behov kan nemt d\u00e6kkes med kosten. Hvilke madvarer er det s\u00e5 lige, der er gode for at f\u00e5 d\u00e6kket sit behov af A-vitamin? Her kommer en liste af madvarer, som b\u00e5de indeholder A-vitamin, men ogs\u00e5 andre vigtige elementer, som kan hj\u00e6lpe mennesket med at opn\u00e5 et h\u00f8jere niveau af sundhed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lever fra dyr er blandt de rigeste kilder til vitamin A. Dette skyldes, at dyr ligesom mennesker opbevarer A-vitamin i leveren. 85 gram stegt oksek\u00f8dlever indeholder 6.582 mikrogram (mcg) vitamin A, hvilket svarer til 731% af den daglige v\u00e6rdi. Det vil ogs\u00e5 sige, at hvis man v\u00e6lger at spise lever, s\u00e5 skal man passe p\u00e5. For meget A-vitamin kan f\u00f8re til en overdosis med store f\u00f8lger og f.eks. hospital indl\u00e6ggelse. Leveren er ogs\u00e5 utroligt proteinrig, og indeholder ogs\u00e5 mange andre n\u00e6ringsstoffer, som kroppen har brug for i form af: kobber, vitamin B og jern.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons aligncenter is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-colibri-color-5-color has-text-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/www.partner-ads.com\/dk\/klikbanner.php?partnerid=35839&amp;bannerid=24609\" style=\"background-color:#139915\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">K\u00f8b dine vitaminer her<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sweet potatoes, den s\u00f8de kartoffel, er en anden rig kilde i kosten til A-vitamin.&nbsp;&nbsp;Hvis man bager den med skind, findes der hele 1.403 mcg vitamin A, hvilket er 156% af den daglige dosis et menneske har brug for. A-vitaminet, som findes i denne rodfrugt, er i den form, at det er beta-caroten. Nyere forskning tyder p\u00e5, at netop denne form for A-vitamin kan hj\u00e6lpe med at forbedre og modarbejde aldersrelateret makuladegeneration, som er d\u00e5rligere syn med alderen. Andre unders\u00f8gelser antyder ogs\u00e5, at betakaroten kan v\u00e6re med til at beskytte mod forskellig former af kr\u00e6ft, som for eksempel prostatakr\u00e6ft. Det skal dog n\u00e6vnes, at resultaterne i disse unders\u00f8gelser har v\u00e6ret differentierede. Samtidigt indeholder Sweet potatoen vitamin B6, vitamin C, kalium, et h\u00f8jt fiberindhold og et lavt glyk\u00e6misk indeks, som er med til at hj\u00e6lpe med at kontrollere blodsukkeret. A-vitaminet er fedtopl\u00f8seligt. Det betyder, at det kun kan optages af kroppen, hvis det bliver indtaget med andet fedt. Det er derfor vigtigt at spise sweetpotatoes sammen med andet mad, som indeholder fedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guleroden, som er i familie med sweet potatoen er ogs\u00e5 rig p\u00e5 A-vitaminet beta-caroten. Beta-caroten, som beskrevet tidligere, indeholder evnen til at hj\u00e6lpe p\u00e5 alders relaterede sygdomme.&nbsp;&nbsp;50 gram r\u00e5 guler\u00f8dder indeholder cirka 459 mcg vitamin A og 50% af den daglige dosis. Guler\u00f8dder er ogs\u00e5 rige p\u00e5 kostfibre, og det har derfor den unikke evne at kunne forhindre forstoppelse og fremme bedre tarmsundhed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Ligesom andre gr\u00f8nne gr\u00f8ntsager indeholder spinat et v\u00e6ld af n\u00e6ringsstoffer. Kun 100 gram kogt spinat giver 573 mcg vitamin A, hvilket er cirka 64% af den daglige dosis. Spinat er en unik gr\u00f8ntsag, s\u00e5 samtidigt med sit rige indhold af A-vitamin vil 100 gram ogs\u00e5 bidrage med 17% af den anbefalede m\u00e6ngde jern og 19% af den m\u00e6ngde magnesium, som kroppen har brug for. Nogle unders\u00f8gelser indikerer, at hvis spinat er en del af ens ern\u00e6ring, s\u00e5 har den evnen til at s\u00e6nke blodtrykket og forbedre hjertesundheden. Det er en form for super gr\u00f8ntsag, og en som alle mennesker burde integrere i deres kostplan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I den lidt s\u00f8dere afdeling af frugt og gr\u00f8nt finder vi mangoen. Den er super god som en snack, og s\u00e5 indeholder en hel mango cirka 112 mcg vitamin A. Dette er et godt alternativ, til personer, som har sv\u00e6rere ved at spise gr\u00f8ntsager. Derudover er mango rig p\u00e5 antioxidanter og kostfibre, som ligesom guleroden kan bidrage til bedre tarmfunktion og hj\u00e6lpe med at kontrollere blodsukkeret.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A-vitamin er vigtigt for dit helbred<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A-vitamin er et vigtigt element for menneskets ern\u00e6ring. Det er noget man is\u00e6r b\u00f8r reflektere over i sin kostplan. Man kan v\u00e6lge den nemme l\u00f8sning og tage en vitaminpille, men der findes utroligt mange sunde alternativer, som samtidigt med et godt indhold af vitamin A, ogs\u00e5 indeholder andre vigtige mineraler og antioxidanter.
