Hvis din krop er i underskud af K-vitamin, kan det betyde en \u00f8get bl\u00f8dningstendens. Dette g\u00f8r sig ogs\u00e5 g\u00e6ldende for guler\u00f8dder.&nbsp; C-vitamin er et vigtigt kosttilskud, og et, som det er vigtigt at indtage hver dag, fordi det er vandbaseret.&nbsp; Det kan derfor ikke blive lagret i kroppen som de fedtbaserede.
